I had an accident that caused some relatively minor front end damage. Damage did not get into the suspension was mostly cosmetic. Took it to another Body Shop and they quoted $11,000 plus which would have totaled the vehicle. Decided to get a second opinion. Took it to Washington Auto Collision and they worked with my insurance company to repair my vehicle to better than before the accident. I still have a clean title and they will have my business for life. Michael and Matt were professional and helpful every step of the way. Definitely recommend.

Far exceeded my expectations! They did a spectacular job of fixing a botched repair by another competitor. Washington Auto Collision not only fixed all the damage they also took the time and care to take care of all the little details that will ensure that the repair will be problem free for many years. Such a great experience!! I was rear ended and WA Auto Collision said the work would be done in a week. It was completed right on time. My car not only looked as good as new, but they washed it, vaccuumed it (even the trunk), and added a freshener to make it smell great. Seriously, they even washed my floor mats! Wish I could give 10 stars - you guys are awesome!

They were very professional and on top of the insurance claim process. They allowed me to use one of their loaners for the entire duration for free. I received my car and it was very clean and drove very nicely after the accident. The only negative I would have is the date on when they said they would be finished kept getting pushed back. I would still recommend them even though.

Very good people to deal with. Vehicle returned to original condition. Two separate damages, one insured, one not. The not insured was done very reasonably. Even though this is their busy season they worked me in, probably because no painting was needed. Can't be more satisfied.

These guys go over-the-top taking care of their customers. They drove me from their facility to the rental car agency at no cost. They detailed the entire inside and outside of my vehicle when there was only a bit of damage on the bumper that they fixed. AND they delivered my car to me! (It was only a couple blocks away) Everyone is so nice and they keep you informed throughout the duration of the repair process. Oh, and they always leave you with a little jar of the paint that matches your vehicle's exact color In case you need to do any touchups. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you have the option!
