They coached us through connecting with the other party's insurance and got us back to normal as quickly as was possible. Took my suv here after the crazy hail storm and was the best/ easiest process ever.. dropped my vehicle off and they took care of everything. Matt is super easy to work with. My car looks brand new, the extra and beyond Washington auto collision has done and continues.. I noticed one small dent a few days after pick up from a glare in the sun.. was super hard to see, reached back out to wac and they said just bring it back and the company popped it out right away, no wait, no hassle, showed me the whole process and asked if everything else is doing/ looking good. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

It has been a lot of years since we have come across a company of any kind, that has such good customer service. Our repair wasn't huge and yet we received a daily text as to where they were on the repair. When we picked it up, it was cleaned and pristine. The repair was great. This company needs to educate all companies new and old on customer service.
