Helped me out of a huge pickle. Best customer service and repair I've seen in awhile!

Very good people to deal with. Vehicle returned to original condition. Two separate damages, one insured, one not. The not insured was done very reasonably. Even though this is their busy season they worked me in, probably because no painting was needed. Can't be more satisfied.

They were very professional and on top of the insurance claim process. They allowed me to use one of their loaners for the entire duration for free. I received my car and it was very clean and drove very nicely after the accident. The only negative I would have is the date on when they said they would be finished kept getting pushed back. I would still recommend them even though.

Everyone was very helpful and made the whole experience easier than it normally would have been. My car was also put back together beautifully!

Washington Auto Collision went above and beyond with my body work. They sent me an estimate within 30 minutes and accommodated my schedule to complete the repairs. Now, my car looks brand new! They repaired the bumper and grille after a deer-generated accident. When I picked up my car, the interior was even detailed! They also took care of a scratch on the vehicle exterior that was completely unrelated to the actual repair. I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family.

Great service, my second time working with WAC and same great attention to detail, thoroughness of repair and constant communication on how they were progressing with the repair. If you get in an auto accident don't trust your collision repair services to anyone else. Appreciate the courtesy shuttle to the rental facility and cleanliness of my vehicle when picked up.
